SHIPPING AND RETURNS
RETURNS
Returns are welcome 15 days from the ship date at the customer's expense. Please email us for a return authorization number before sending back your item.
Returns must be sent back in their original packaging and unused (no pet hair, dirt, saw dust etc). If the return does not meet these conditions, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund provided. We only refund to the original payment method. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for product purchased from other retailers. In the scenario a mistake is made by us, such as sending you the incorrect item or a manufacturing defect, VanEssential will cover all shipping costs to correct our errors.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping to the lower 48 and a small additional fee for Canadian orders to support customs/duties. Our goal is to ship your order the next business day.
WARRANTY
VanEssential stands behind everything we make. We offer a manufacturer Lifetime Warranty on our workmanship for the original purchaser of the product.
Warranty claims will either be corrected or replaced with similar parts (subject to availability) or with current version products. In the event a product is discontinued, reasonable attempts will be made to fix any issues. If the item cannot be fixed or is subject to replacement and the product no longer exists, a store credit will be issued. VanEssential does not have warranty on normal wear and tear but will try to make it right if something goes wrong where we can.
